After reading this article, I am encouraged that there may be an end in sight of this economic chaos. If you are an owner of a commercial building, hang in there! There is light at the end of the tunnel. I know it's tough right now. This may be the time to become creative with creating cash flow and compromising a bit with rents.(Now only if the banks would loosen up their wallets a bit.)
